What's included, what isn't, and how we keep prices fixed.
No. The price on your work order is the price, whether we come at 2 p.m. on a Tuesday or 2 a.m. on a holiday. Emergency visits have a flat $129 call-out that's waived if you go ahead with the repair.
For most jobs we use a 15-minute video call or the photos you send. For bigger jobs the tech confirms the price on site before any work starts, and it doesn't change.
Yes: 0% for 18 months on approved credit, or plans up to 10 years. Applying takes about 60 seconds and is a soft check that won't affect your score.
New systems carry a 10-year parts and labour warranty. Repairs carry one year. We register manufacturer warranties for you.
Yes. Permits, inspections and rebate paperwork are included in the price on your work order.
